Well let try to say this simple and easy, i will try to get to the new level.
I want to put a picture of mine right now, and week by week upload one, to see how my body will be evol to the next level by a training i write, soo yeah this will be a experiment. one that dont need a gym, and not im not saying that gym dont help you people, or whatever read this. but yeah let see how this will work, and i hope to see result by mine routine.... I will try to put the picture later!!!
