My Fitness Evol Chapter 1

Well let try to say this simple and easy, i will try to get to the new level.

I want to put a picture of mine right now, and week by week upload one, to see how my body will be evol to the next level by a training i write, soo yeah this will be a experiment. one that dont need a gym, and not im not saying that gym dont help you people, or whatever read this. but yeah let see how this will work, and i hope to see result by mine routine.... Un líder te inspira a ser mas grande que tus dudas y temores, el temor es la gran linea divisora, la linea que separa a los ganadores de los cobardes, a quienes fracasan de quienes tienen éxito.

Un Líder autentico nos impulsa a ir mas allá de los que nos proponemos para llegar a nuevas metas y de poder enfrentar aquellos desafíos a los cuales mas miedo le tenemos.

Yo antes pensaba que yo era uno, juraba eso, sin conocer realmente las cualidades propias mías  Que si tenia? eso que ayudaría a otros a seguirme o apoyarme. Que yo pudiera ayudarlos a ellos a seguir adelante, que no se detengan en una simple y pequeña posición. Eso es lo que debo averiguar de mi mismo, Cuales serias tus cualidades que te llevarían a ser un gran líder?

El Libro, Un Dulce Toque para tu Mente

Los Libro, no son algo que solo se utiliza para leer palabras de Ellos. Son también una herramienta  poderosa para ajustar sus sentidos de una manera diferente ....

Ellos tienen mas que una simplemente utilidad como la usan las mayoría, hay personas que tienen la magia de convertirlos en sus aliados, y ayudarlo en su vida diaria.

Hay tantas manera de escapar de la realidad, algunas son ilegales y otras legales, deberíamos ir siempre por la mas simple y barata, creo que eso son los Libros. Vamos a explicar esto!!!!

Los libros, lo que podemos decir al respecto? ..... para muchos solo contienen informaciones, histoias, cuentos o una información real acerca de algo, bueno lo que sea que quieres leer, pero para otro tipo de persona, puede ser todo un nuevo universo ..Yo mismo puedo tener uno ejemplo simple cuando una historia me daría deseos de vividla  y ver sus sucesos con mis propios ojos.. Esa es la magia de algunos libros, incluso hay informaciones o escrito informativos que cuando realmente son trabajos los que nos crean una imagen mental del objecto sin ni siquiera llegar a verlo... Así que cuando usted, yo, o alguien decide decir que sólo la música puede llevar a otro lugar,uno debe decir que esta mal ... usted, yo, u otro puede tener una forma Diferente de llegar a un nuevo mundo ..Para muchos puede ser un libro y exprimir su imaginación y escapar tan solo leyendo detenida mente las letras de alguna historia que lo lleve a el mundo en el que quisiera estar. para que sea vuestro corazón y de la mente que tienen que encontrar su propia manera de hacerlo..

Book are not something that you just read words in. They are also tool to adjust your senses....
There are so many way to exit form reality, some are ilegal other are more easy, let explain this one.

The book  what we can say about it..... well it content for some people a story,a real information about something, well whatever you wanna read, but for other kind of person, it can be a new whole universe...... So when you, me, or anyone say that just the music can bring you to another place, that it wrong... you,me, or another one can a have a diferente way to reach a new world... for that is your hearts and mind that have to find your own way to do it.
